MindzleFirst Sketches
These are my first sketches. First, in the sense that it has been several years since I last picked up a pencil or pen. It is in fact, a resumption of where I left off when I was young. It comes as no surprise that my initial sketches leave much to be desired.
Years of not having to draw has taken its toll on my fingers. They are stiff and lack the flexibility of youth. I even had a hard time writing my own name! After a few practices, I did see slight improvements. The age old adage that “practice makes perfect” is indeed true. However, in my case it should be “practice makes improvement.”
